Does this cycle work like this and only end when Henry Block has no cards in his hand or El Gringo dies (assuming El Gringo can't dodge)?

Yes. It is up to El Gringo to choose whether it is useful to start such a mess (often, it is not).

Unless Henry Block starts the chain by shooting El Gringo first....

It was written that El Gringo's passive ability does not trigger Henry's ability to avoid this chain in RULEBOOK for UDOLI STINU.

But El Gringo still trigger Henry's ability whenever he used Panic, Cat Balou, Golden Rush Equipment, ... card.

I must check it.

Ate there any change from Udoli Stinu? I found just one for Henry Block: Card drawn from Henry cannot be use immedialy, because BANG effect applies sooner that card is drawn.

That wording wasn't in the original FAQ posted here, so unless there is one somewhere else, I had no reason to believe that it happened that way. (Well, there was the Shotgun one, but I don't see why it shouldn't short of trying to avoid complicated rulings)

This ruling combined with the El Gringo/Henry Block chain (if that is how the rules work) would be....... interesting to resolve....

Henry Block changes a little: You cannot use stolen card immediatly. This make him little better from version in Udoli Stinu. (Both has same wording in his ability) .

Let this ruling resolve on Emiliano. Maybe he forget on Rulebook from Udoli Stinu where was mention that Henry's ability not applies to automatic abilities like El Gringo, Shotgun.

Because there can be made some changes, let it resolve on Emiliano. This discusion was made in last December 2011, where that rules for Udoli Stinu was made.
